Our Recruitment Process
We’re excited that you’re considering a career at Nordic Solar. Finding the right fit is a two-way process, and we want you to feel informed, supported, and encouraged at every step.
Here’s what the process typically looks like:

Our talent team will carefully review your application to assess your qualifications and fit for the position. In some cases, we may reach out for a short phone screening to better understand your experience and expectations. This helps us decide whether to move forward with the first interview. If your profile isn’t the right match this time, we’ll keep it in mind for future opportunities.

If your application stands out, we’ll invite you to an initial interview with the hiring manager. This conversation helps us learn more about your experience and motivation — and just as importantly, it gives you a chance to get to know us and the role better.

Before the second interview, we’ll ask you to complete a personality and cognitive assessment. These help us understand how you think, communicate, and approach tasks — not to judge, but to support a better dialogue and give you meaningful feedback in our next meeting.

During the second interview, you will meet both the hiring manager and the recruiter. We’ll review the results of the assessments together and dive deeper into your professional background, skills, and how you’d fit with the team. This stage is about making sure we align — both in terms of expectations and working style. In some cases, some team members/stakeholders will join for 30 minutes to introduce themselves and offer their perspective.

For some roles, we’ll invite you to a third interview where you’ll present or discuss a case assignment. This is an opportunity to showcase your thinking, creativity, and approach to real-world challenges relevant to the role.
