We’re excited that you’re considering a career at Nordic Solar. Finding the right fit is a two-way process, and we want you to feel informed, supported, and encouraged at every step.
Here’s what the process typically looks like:
-
Once you apply, our Talent team will review your application to see if your qualifications and experience match the role. In some cases, we’ll reach out for a short phone call to get to know you a bit better before deciding on next steps.
If it’s not the right match this time, we’ll let you know — and keep your profile in mind for future opportunities
-
If we find you among the most qualified applicants, we’ll invite you to a first interview with the hiring manager. This is a relaxed conversation where we want to learn more about you and your experience, as well as your motivation for the role.
It's also your chance to ask questions and get a better sense of the job, the team, and what it’s like to work at Nordic Solar. We believe a good match goes both ways, so we want to make sure it feels right for you too.
-
Before the second interview, we’ll ask you to complete a personality and cognitive assessment. These tools help us understand how you think, communicate, and approach tasks. They're not tests to pass or fail; instead, they provide insights that make our conversation more meaningful and help us get to know you better.
-
In the second interview, you’ll meet with both the hiring manager and the Talent Attraction Partner. Together, we’ll review your assessment results and talk more about your personality traits, working style, and strengths that you bring to the team.
Sometimes, a team member or another stakeholder may join briefly to introduce themselves and share their perspective.
You’re also encouraged to use this opportunity to learn more about the role and ask any questions you may have.
-
For some roles, we invite candidates to a third interview where you’ll present or discuss a case study.
This is an opportunity for you to demonstrate how you think, solve problems, and approach real-world challenges related to the role. We want to see your creativity and problem-solving skills in action.
To help you prepare, we’ll provide clear instructions and give you enough time to work on the assignment.
-
After the final interview, we’ll make our decision as quickly as possible. In some cases, we may also reach out for reference checks to help us make the best choice.
Regardless of the outcome, we’ll get back to you with feedback, so you know where you stand.
We encourage you to ask any final questions and share your thoughts — our goal is to make sure the decision feels fair and clear to everyone involved.
