As our People Business Partner, you’ll be a close and trusted sparring partner, providing support to various departments across the company. You’ll collaborate with our leaders to align people initiatives with organizational goals, focusing on workforce planning, talent management, retention, and organizational design. You will also provide expert guidance on employee relations, help strengthen team dynamics, enhance organizational effectiveness, and drive meaningful results to ensure engaged and high-performing teams.
This dynamic role will also support other functions, contributing to broader company goals. Success in this role will be measured by creating a meaningful impact, building credibility, and effectively onboarding the organization to embrace collaborating with a business partner.
You’ll be part of a team of 3 colleagues responsible for attracting, developing, and retaining talent, reporting directly to the Head of People Business Partner & Talent Attraction.
This role is based in our office in Hellerup, Denmark.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Learn and understand the business model, identifying opportunities where People & Culture can add value and help achieve business goals.
- Support organizational design initiatives to structure teams and departments for optimal efficiency and success.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to anticipate and address talent needs, supporting workforce planning, and developing retention strategies that align with business goals and ensure the retention of key talent.
- Guide managers and employees throughout the life cycle, fostering career growth, internal mobility, and promotions by identifying and nurturing talent.
- Assist in resolving workplace challenges and improving team dynamics through conflict resolution strategies.
- Support and facilitate engagement survey follow-up, collaborating with P&C colleagues to implement initiatives that boost employee engagement.
- Support recruitment tasks as needed.
About you
- 3+ years of experience as a People Business Partner, and/or talent management, ideally in a dynamic environment.
- Experience partnering with departments such as Finance, IT, Legal, Corporate Finance, and Development is highly advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to build trust, influence stakeholders.
- Adaptable, and transparent, with a strong ability to prioritize, work independently, and collaborate effectively in a team while delivering high-quality results.
- Experience in renewable energy is a plus, but not essential.
